En r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 l\u2019exposition, de but en blanc j\u2019ai song\u00e9 \u00e0 Thirty Shades of White, une invitation au voyage, certes cousue de fil blanc mais qui donne carte blanche \u00e0 des artistes, dont certains connus comme le loup blanc n\u2019en sont pas pour autant bonnet blanc et blanc bonnet. Chacun use de sa grammaire et d\u2019une esth\u00e9tique des couleurs dans un parcours personnel faisant appel \u00e0 leur propre subjectivit\u00e9 ou objectivit\u00e9 des nuances. Cette perception n\u2019est-elle pas une illusion, une r\u00e9sonance, une lumi\u00e8re affective que l\u2019artiste s\u2019efforce d\u2019explorer? \u00abOn ne fait pas la lumi\u00e8re, on la reproduit\u00bb disait C\u00e9zanne. Le blanc a ses exigences, il r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit cette lumi\u00e8re que les autres couleurs filtrent; il la disperse par r\u00e9fraction pour nous \u00e9merveiller de toutes les autres. Le blanc \u00e9claire l\u2019art.
