Le disque vinyle transparent contient des cendres incluses dans le support \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de sa production, qui proviennent d\u2019oiseaux exotiques naturellement morts et choisis par l&#8217;artiste. A l&#8217;\u00e9coute du vinyle, un silence est ponctu\u00e9 de sons li\u00e9s aux frottements du diamant de la cellule sur les cendres. L\u2019installation Chants du silence sugg\u00e8re la disparition des oiseaux dans nos environnements urbains, et plus largement dans un contexte actuel travers\u00e9 par un d\u00e9clin global de la biodiversit\u00e9.
